This is a fully on-site role for hands-on financial management.
Your new role Uploading Debtor Invoices from FMS to Sage.Recording all incoming payments/Reconciling Debtors accounts.Creating weekly statements & monthly statements.Controlling credit and making sure debtors pay them on time.
Responding to all Debtors queries.
Recording all Creditors invoices received on Sage.
Ensuring all amounts & records are accurate and are authorised by the responsible person.Reconciling Creditors accounts.Processing all Creditors payments through the bank and recording them on Sage.
Processing monthly journals i.e.
PAYE/PRSI, Depreciation.Reconciling bank accounts.Reconciling credit card accounts.Weekly payroll processing of two companies.Processing VAT (Bi-monthly) & RTD (Yearly).Processing Vies (Quarterly).Motor tax renewal monthly.
Processing diesel rebate (Quarterly).Ensure filing is up-to-date.Updating haulage licence (vehicles added and vehicles removed).Preparation of Year-End financial accounts for two companies.
Preparation of insurance renewal.What you'll need to succeed Minimum three years' experience in bookkeeping & payroll processingThird-level qualification in Accounting or Payroll is desirable.Proficiency in Sage for invoicing, reconciliation, and payroll managementExperience in credit control and debtor managementStrong knowledge of financial reporting, VAT, and PAYE processingExceptional accuracy and attention to detail in financial record-keepingStrong communication skills for debtor and creditor queriesWhat you'll get in return Full-time, permanent position with stability in the Supply Chain & Logistics industry Annual salary review based on performance, offering potential growth opportunities
