Job Title: Finishing Foreman
A seasoned professional is sought to assume the role of Finishing Foreman. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the successful completion of projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
* Closely collaborate with client, architectural, engineering, and EHS teams to coordinate project management and ensure timely completion.
* Develop detailed programs for works, including sub-contractors and other disciplines.
* Ensure adequate resources are available to complete projects within budget and schedule.
* Communicate project progress to company directors and sit in on pre-start meetings.
* Manage project risk registers and recovery strategies.
* Oversee cost/revenue control and report performance weekly.
* Represent the company at meetings with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Requirements:
* Minimum 10 years' experience in a similar role.
* BSc degree or higher in Construction, Civil, or Structural Engineering.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Strong planning, organisational, teamwork, and presentation skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
* Knowledge of legal requirements, especially in regard to the engineering role and duties.
* Proficient in MS Office - Word, Publisher, Excel, and PowerPoint.
