Homecare Project Worker
The Homecare Project is a customized model of high-level support designed to promote independent living in the community for mental health service users whose tenancies or home occupation are at risk due to ongoing challenges with self-neglect, hoarding, and/or incapacity to maintain their home to an adequate standard.
This collaboration between Carlow County Council, the Carlow/Kilkenny HSE Mental Health Services, and the Good Shepherd Centre aims to provide secure tenancies with support as a way forward for individuals with complex needs.

Maintain a caseload of clients providing ongoing support until cases are handed over to appropriate services.
