Role Responsibility
* Ensure accurate, timely completion of CMMS tasks, including assignments, scheduling, and reporting processes.
* Foster a professional and collaborative working environment that supports team development and client relationships.
* Be the front line in vendor management, ensuring communication is effective, fast, and accurate.
* Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data within the operating systems we use, especially with numerous users inputting information, which can be a significant challenge.
* Manage operational challenges such as balancing client requests, maintaining compliance with KPIs, and fostering team collaboration.
* Assist with team training and development to ensure consistent service delivery.
* Maintain compliance with CBOI’s and Sodexo’s standards, procedures, and regulations.
* Implement system changes, upgrades, or new functionalities following formal change management procedures to minimize disruption and ensure proper testing and communication.
The Ideal Candidate
* Demonstrable knowledge of CMMS administration, configuration, and functionality.
* Good understanding of IT systems, databases, and system integration concepts.
* Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
* Meticulous approach to working on CMMS software, ensuring documentation accuracy and integrity.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain well-organized workflows.
* Clear and concise communication with users of varying technical abilities, as well as with clients and external vendors.
* Patient and helpful attitude towards end-users, with a commitment to operational excellence.
* Ability to anticipate potential issues, identify areas for system improvement, and take initiative.
* Willingness to learn new features, updates, and best practices related to CMMS administration and facility management operations.
* Ability to work effectively with colleagues in the operation.
* Taking responsibility for resolving issues and ensuring the smooth operation of the CMMS.
* A foundational understanding of maintenance workflows, asset management principles, and the role of a CMMS in these processes.
* Experience with CAFM systems and reporting tools.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools.
* Adaptability to changing client needs and service requirements.
* A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.
* Confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
