Role/ Department
The Learning & Development (L&D) Analyst is responsible for maintaining and enhancing core processes related to Learning & Development. These processes include logistics, reporting, metrics, invoice management, communications, training facility management, and Learning Management System (LMS) maintenance.
This role works closely with other members of the Learning & Development team.
The L&D Analyst reports to the Senior Consultant - Team Leader, L&D Operations, and serves the EMEA region but also contributes to global activities and projects.
The key responsibilities of the role are:
* Act as an administrator on our Learning Management System (LMS), setting up and maintaining courses and classes, completing content testing, audit and/or maintenance activities.
* Provide LMS support to our stakeholders by responding to help tickets and queries in a timely manner.
* Provide local support to the Learning Facilitation and Design teams in EMEA.
* Create, run, and distribute reports.
* Provide metrics to key stakeholders.
* Identify and resolve simple to moderately complex issues.
* Contribute to the creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures for all work processes.
Skills/Qualifications
The successful candidate will benefit from having good verbal and written communication skills, good organizational skills and attention to detail, good analytical and problem-solving skills, and technical aptitude.
Experience in customer service and support is highly beneficial, as is proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel.
