Head Chef
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Head Chef to lead our onsite food operation.
About the Role:
* Plan and prepare daily menus, including hot main courses, vegetable dishes, breakfast bars, and fresh salads.
* Design creative menus with a focus on fusion cuisine and seasonal produce.
* Maintain stock levels, conduct regular stock takes, and assist with ordering using internal systems.
* Evaluate food presentation and quality to ensure high standards of a professional workplace environment.
* Stay up-to-date with current culinary trends and integrate new ideas to keep the offer fresh and exciting.
* Ensure compliance with all aspects of food safety and hygiene.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a motivated Head Chef with a passion for food innovation.
* Strong knowledge of modern fusion cuisine and ability to bring fresh ideas to the table.
* Confident in menu planning and managing a solo kitchen operation.
* Able to use kitchen ordering and stock systems (training provided).
* Computer literate and organized, with good attention to detail.
* Positive attitude with a keen interest in creating different and engaging dishes.
