Operations Manager Patrol Team The AA Ireland | Ballymount, Dublin | Up to €60,000 + Bonus & Great Benefits Full-time | Permanent | Hybrid & Flexible Working Available About the Role Were The AA, and were growing Were looking for anOperations Managerto lead our Patrol team and help us keep Ireland moving smoothly. This role is all about making sure our patrols perform at their best, processes run like clockwork, and we hit or better yet, exceed our goals. Youll be part of our Roadside Team, reporting directly to the Head of Roadside Operations. While youll be based in our Rescue Operations Centre in Ballymount, Dublin, we offer flexible working options including remote and hybrid working, so you can find the balance that suits you. What Youll Be Doing Leading and supporting the Patrol team and team leads to get the best out of everyone Managing schedules, absences, and headcount so the team runs smoothly Turning company strategies into real action on the ground Keeping an eye on performance targets and making sure we meet them through smart planning Helping with projects that improve how we work now and in the future Keeping the team motivated and connected with regular chats and social events Working closely with HR to make sure pay processes are clear and efficient Coordinating with other road managers to keep daily operations seamless What Were Looking For At least 2 years experience managing or supervising a team in a busy environment A background in the motor industry or recovery work would be a big plus Leadership skills that inspire confidence and get results Great communication and organizational skills Someone whos adaptable, positive, and ready to roll with change Ability to handle pressure and solve problems quickly A full B driving license is essential Qualified LCV mechanic (FETAC Level 6) or foreman experience is a bonus but not a must Why Work with Us?
