* Receipt and identification of components
* Chemical cleaning of components
* Inspection procedures and processes
* Welding of turbine components
* Blending of turbine components
* Operation of various machines/equipment i.e. EDM, CNC milling machines, surface grinders etc.
* Completion of product process tasks in accordance in accordance with approved data (e.g., Opsheets, TPS,..)
* Compliance with applicable quality system procedures (e.g., process control checks, reporting non-conformance, policies, safety statement, air cargo security, Radiation safety, Airworthiness requirements)
* Recording of results of inspections, tests, control checks, batch/run numbers, work completed, to maintain a true record of work completed. Verifying and maintaining component identification
* Perform all tasks in a safe manner and observing good human factors principles
* Assist Lead Hands in achieving goals set

Person Specification
* Demonstrate the ability to work in a team environment
* Good standard of education
* Display acceptable aptitude in verbal & numeric skills & mechanical comprehension
* Experience in an industrial environment is also an advantage
