#SETUW Grade VII Administration Officer - Confined Competition - Specified Purpose Contract up to October 2027This is a confined competition limited to the Education and Training Candidate Sector Pool i.e. eligible administration & library staff within SETU, Technological Universities, Institutes of Technology and Education & Training Boards at specific grades. Only applicants within the Education and Training Candidate Sector Pool are eligible to apply.SETU invites applications from the Education and Training Candidate Sector Pool for the post of Grade VII Administration Officer - Confined Competition.Reporting to a Head of Academic Administration, the appointee will provide a lead role in the planning, organising, delivery and effective management of a wide range of activities associated with the Academic Administration office. The appointee will lead and management specific areas within the Office. As a senior role within the office, it will develop in line with university structures but will initially specific responsibility for the Examination procedures but may also be engaged with aspects of the student lifecycle process, from Registration through to Awards. The Administrative officer will also be required to provide a high level of support to senior staff across the Office of the Vice President Academic Affairs, Teaching and Learning including deputising for more senior administrative staff as the occasion demands.Salary: The gross salary applicable to the post of Grade VII is currently €60,011 - €78,015 as at 01/08/2025.Applications by SETU e-Recruitment system only.
