Position Title: Brand Ambassador/Trainer
Location: Shannon
Reporting to: Director, Inside Sales
Position Summary
This position will be responsible for supporting sales across Ireland. The Brand Ambassador/Trainer will be the face of our company and have an opportunity to deliver a world-class experience with every interaction with our partners. Their primary focus is supporting retail performance in their assigned territory to achieve sales targets via store visits, trainings, events and technical support when required. You will be responsible for improving the sell-through program, ensuring merchandising compliance, and developing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance retail performance for each store.

Key Responsibilities
1. Provide onsite support to retail employees and distributor partners where needed.
2. Develop and maintain a strong technical understanding of our products and services, as well as the competitive landscape.
3. Establish productive, professional relationships with all retail employees within your assigned territory.
4. Improve retail employees’ knowledge of all ZAGG products on an ongoing basis to support retail performance improvement at store level.
5. Audit in-store merchandising compliance where needed.
6. Confirm marketing initiatives.
7. Monitor product inventory levels to ensure products are well-stocked and readily available for customers.
8. Schedule training with relevant store managers when required.
9. Proactively source weekly retailer training opportunities at region, district, and store levels to efficiently train all employees within your assigned territory.
10. Complete and submit store visit reports regularly via a field management application.
11. Identify areas for potential process improvement on your own initiative.
12. Assess, clarify, and validate customer needs continuously.
13. Assist with troubleshooting product issues in collaboration with ZAGG team members and contact centers.
14. Define and follow up on corrective actions to resolve issues.
15. Act as an effective link between Sales and other departments to drive business forward.
16. Travel approximately 75% of the time.
17. Perform additional duties as required.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have
* At least 2 years of relevant experience.
* Highly energetic and a self-starter.
* Sales and target-driven mindset.
* Technical competence, ideally with experience in accessory sales.
* Strong troubleshooting skills and root cause analysis ability.
* Well-organized and detail-oriented.
* Ability to work collaboratively and independently to find solutions.
* Professional demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of establishing a friendly and empathetic dialogue with customers.
* A clean driver’s license is essential.
