Assistant Manager – Limerick

1. Salary: €50k – €60k
As Assistant Manager, you will drive high standards across the store, manage stock to drive sales, develop staff, and ensure an excellent customer experience. Roles and Responsibilities as Supermarket Assistant Manager:
2. Assisting the Management team in ensuring the successful day-to-day running of the store
3. Oversee all the HACCP and Health and Safety procedures to ensure they are always followed appropriately
4. Ensuring the store consistently achieves its targets and KPIs
5. Reviewing staff performance, creating staff rosters, and ensuring overall high standards of the store
6. Constantly looking at innovative ways to increase footfall, turnover, and grow margins
7. Manage a large team of staff and having the ability to motivate and lead
Who you are:
8. Previous retail management/ supervisory experience in a retail setting
9. Excellent team leadership skills
10. An ambitious individual with the capacity to drive sales and standards in store
11. Passionate about customer service
