Lead Full Stack Engineer – Python & React
We are seeking an experienced Lead Full Stack Developer to join a project focused on optimizing high-value equipment usage and delivering advanced analytics dashboards. The role involves leading a small team, designing and developing scalable full‑stack applications, and collaborating closely with stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and mentor a small team of 3–4 developers.
* Design and develop dashboards, reports, and interactive web applications for end users, developers, and executives.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose innovative technical solutions.
* Build and maintain scalable APIs for seamless integration between systems.
* Develop frameworks for analyzing large datasets and generating actionable insights.
* Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices through reviews and testing.
* Drive continuous improvement in development processes and toolchains.
Experience Requirements
* 5+ years of professional experience in Python development.
* 5+ years of web application development experience using React and TypeScript.
* Proven experience leading development teams and delivering complex full‑stack applications.
