High-speed internet connection essential.Responsibilities:Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) in scripting, designing & developing high quality content rich and engaging eLearning modules based on Comply Guru's Process & MethodologyThe successful candidate will be part of a team responsible for preparing project estimates/budgets as well as reviewing SME scripts, storyboarding, module development, QA reviews, and publishing.Adhere to company process, documentation including existing style guides and SOPs to develop modules in line with Comply Guru's eLearning MethodologyDelivering projects on time, within budget and as per project specificationsMaintaining currency of competencies & training - including knowledge, skills & credentials as needed to perform the roleAny other tasks (as assigned)Qualifications, Experience & RequirementsBachelor's degree (or equivalent third level education) in a relevant field3+ years of experience in a similar roleStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational, collaboration and interpersonal skillsMust be flexible and able to work independentlyMust be able to work to deadlines & manage own time while working on multiple projectsStrong knowledge of learning and development tools and processesExperience & competency with Articulate Storyline is requiredExcellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models and familiarity with best practices in the design and development of eLearning contentStrong competency in all Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc)Experience having worked with technical (complex) concepts & content, is very beneficialBenefitsBonus, Healthcare & Pension
