In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and support, contributing directly to our mission of excellence in the retail technology sector.ResponsibilitiesOverview of Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesThe daily tasks can vary, but the core responsibilities typically include:Microsoft 365 Support – Managing and supporting M365 tools including Teams, Outlook, and access control through Active Directory (AD Manager).Onsite Technical Support – Handling site-related tickets and resolving all technical issues as they arise.Meeting Room Maintenance – Regularly checking all meeting rooms to ensure cameras, screens, and related equipment are functioning properly.Device Setup – Building and configuring new computers for new starters.Project Work – Tasks will depend on the specific project at hand. This could include managing CCTV systems (currently being handled) or coordinating with third-party vendors. Project expectations will be clearly explained before tasks are assigned.User Support (Head Office) – Assisting head office users with issues ranging from hardware troubleshooting to software triage and installations.Device Enrolment – Enrolling and managing devices used within the office environment.Basic Network Troubleshooting – Supporting network infrastructure such as access points, switches, and routers.Vendor Coordination – Following up with third-party vendorsTraining & ExpectationsFull training will be provided on all responsibilities and tools.As this is a fast-paced environment, they will be looking for a dynamic, proactive individual who is eager to learn and go above and beyondInformation gathering.Communication is criticalJob Type: Full-timePay: €28,420.00-€38,395.31 per yearWork Location: In person
