Key Responsibilities
* Identify and contact potential customers through various methods, including networking, cold calling, and market research.
* Cultivate and maintain positive, long-term relationships with both prospective and existing clients to ensure customer loyalty and repeat business.
* Present and demonstrate products or services effectively, highlighting their benefits and providing detailed information to potential buyers.
* Negotiate sales contracts, prices, and delivery schedules to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
* Work to meet or exceed established sales quotas and revenue targets.
* Provide after-sales service, address customer concerns, and handle issues or complaints to ensure a positive customer experience.
* Track sales activities, maintain accurate records, and manage administrative duties related to sales.
