This role supports the HR needs of managers and employees across multiple European countries. We are looking for a senior HR professional who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on, operational mindset. This role includes managing the full employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance, supporting competitive compensation and benefits programs, administering HR programs, developing HR policies, and supporting international mobility and relocation processes. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, conflict resolution skills, and the ability to act with integrity and professionalism. # QualificationsMinimum of 8-10 years of previous HR operations experience with 3-5 years in an international environment. Proven experience with employment laws in multiple European countries, fluent in English and Italian. Familiarity with AI tools in HR, detail-oriented, pragmatic, and flexible. Excellent communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, time management, analytical skills, and experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
