The Role: Breakfast AssistantReporting to: F&B ManagerOutline of Position: This position will involve up to 5 mornings out of 7 weekly.Key Duties and Responsibilities ( although not exhaustive)Providing at all times excellent guest service, maintaining high standards and consistency of outstanding customer service.Greeting our guests on arrival for breakfast with a warm and professional welcome at all times.Contribute to the hotel standards and delivery of customer service by sharing new ideas and suggestions for improvements; being innovative and creative to provide quality service and guest care.Strong communication with all colleagues.Practical experience in supervising a team is essential for this role.Ascertaining guest feedback and ensuring the information is passed to the management'Hands-on' approach in the delivery of service.GeneralTo interact and communicate with clients, guests and colleagues in a courteous, friendly and professional manner at all times.To be fully aware of all company policies and procedures.To be consistently well-groomed and professional in appearance and presentation at all times.To protect and promote the image of The Address Hotel at all times, both in print and verbally.The above list of requirements although mandatory is not exhaustive, reasonable flexibility will be required within your role.INDFOH
