About the Role
As a Senior Buisness Partner, People and Culture, you will play a pivotal role in shaping CLO's workforce strategy and culture. Reporting to the Senior Manager, People and Culture, you'll partner with senior leaders to deliver strategic HR initiatives, foster a high performance and inclusive culture and provide expert advice on complex employee relation matters.
Your responsibilities will include
* Acting as a trusted advisor on employment legislation, policy, and best practice.
* Leading performance management, investigations and enterprise agreement negotiations.
* Driving workforce capability and cultural development aligned with CLO's values.
* Coaching and mentoring People & Culture team members.
This is a role with purpose; your work will directly impact the experience of our employees and the quality of support we provide to participants.
About You
You are a seasoned HR professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and values collaboration. You will bring
* Extensive experience in HR leadership roles.
* Strong knowledge of Fair Work, NES and Enterprise Agreements.
* Exceptional communication and influencing skills.
* A passion for building inclusive, high-performing teams.
What You Require
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Working with Children Check
* Drivers Licence
* Relevant Degree or Advanced Diploma with extensive experience in Human Resources or relevant field
