Job Overview
Maynooth University School of Business’ Mission is focused on developing critical thinkers and creating impactful knowledge for our community. We are recruiting an ‘Accreditation and Quality Officer’ to the grade of Administrative Officer II. The role holder will work in close collaboration with the ‘Associate Head of School, Accreditations’ playing a central role in coordinating work and reporting to align to international accreditation standards. This role will be responsible for generating, analysing and continuously improving the production of data and insights to inform the accreditations and continuous improvement strategy of the School of Business. As such the role will be at the heart of the work of the School of Business in co-ordinating the administration of our accreditation goals.
Qualifications
Working knowledge of creating and managing databases of information and supporting stakeholders to adhere to processes and standards. Experience with Business School accreditation standards would be advantageous. Self‑motivated, detail‑orientated and appreciation for evidence‑based decision making and process integrity are required.
Salary
Administrative Officer II (2026): €46,918 – €66,464 p.a. (9 points)
Appointments will be made in accordance with public sector pay provisions.
