With a strong presence across the Irish retail market and ambitious growth plans, we are now seeking a talented Marketing & NPD Manager to lead brand development and innovation. The successful candidate will be responsible for the Cully & Sully brand but also for the other Hain brands present in the Irish market – Ellas Kitchen, Hartleys, Cadbury spread, Linda McCartney, Sunpat Peanut Butter and Joya plant based drinks.The RoleThe Marketing & NPD Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the Cully & Sully brand. This role is responsible for leading brand strategy, marketing execution, and the end-to-end new product development (NPD) process. Working closely with sales, operations, and external partners, the successful candidate will drive brand growth, innovation, and commercial success across the Irish market.
