The role
Sales & Marketing Administrator
CPL Recruitment is partnering with a growing and dynamic organisation within the residential property sector to recruit a Sales & Marketing Administrator to join their expanding team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised, creative, and customer-focused individual to play a key role in supporting both sales and marketing activities across a portfolio of residential developments. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and external partners to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support the customer journey from initial enquiry through to sale.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate sales administration, liaising with solicitors, mortgage providers, external agents, and internal teams
Maintain accurate customer and sales records within CRM systems
Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for new developments
Coordinate launch events, advertising campaigns, and promotional activities across digital, print, and outdoor channels
Create and manage engaging social media content and support overall brand visibility
Liaise with agencies, photographers, designers, printers, and other external suppliers
Assist with the creation of brochures, sales packs, website updates, and online property listings
Monitor campaign performance and provide insights on marketing effectiveness
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and track local property and pricing trends
Prepare weekly and monthly sales and marketing reports for senior management
Support additional administrative and ad hoc duties as required
Skills & Experience
Marketing qualification or relevant third-level qualification
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in digital marketing, social media management, email marketing, or content creation
Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Canva
Experience using CRM systems is advantageous
Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A proactive, customer-focused approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities
