Key Partner Management Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced partner manager to join our team. This role will play a critical part in developing and implementing the EMEA partner strategy, identifying and recruiting partners across the region, activating them through training and joint go-to-market activities, hosting strategic partner quarterly business reviews (QBRs), working closely with sales, customer success and marketing teams.
About The Role
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in partner-facing roles at high-growth SaaS companies. They should be able to effectively drive sales opportunities from lead generation to closure.
Requirements
• This includes quick understanding of technical concepts/architectural scenarios,
demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills,
alongside being self-motivated.
The person should also be able
to explain complex ideas verbally/written form successfully carry out tasks set by senior management along with considerable autonomy as desired outcomes achieved based solely individual performance yet final judgement made jointly workspace authority .,
