This is an excellent opportunity to join a progressive and well-established business where customer focus, innovation, and teamwork are central to their success.Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced, customer-focusedOffice Managerto oversee the smooth and efficient running of our office operations. This is a key leadership role supporting management team, office staff and field engineers, ensuring seamless communication, organization and service delivery aligned with our mission and strategic goals.Key Responsibilities:Lead and support a team of office staff and field engineers to ensure smooth daily operationsSupervise office operations, including facilities management, procurement of supplies, and vendor relationshipsServe as the primary point of contact for clients, suppliers and internal departmentsOversee scheduling of staff and resources to optimize efficiency across projects and service deliveryManage recruitment, onboarding, training, and continuous staff developmentEnsure adherence to ISO standards, Health& Safety regulations, and internal company policiesCollaborate with senior leadership on marketing initiatives and brand presenceDrive process improvements and contribute to long-term strategic planningMaintain accurate and up-to-date records using in-house CRM systems and Microsoft Office toolsSupport financial operations by liaising with accounts and payroll departments, ensuring timely processing and reportingRequired Skills & Experience:Proven experience in office or operations management ( 7 years required )Excellent organisational and multitasking abilitiesStrong interpersonal and communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and accounting/payroll softwareDemonstrated ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional responsibilitiesUnderstanding of ISO standards and Health & Safety complianceFlexible, proactive, and customer-first mindsetDesirable:Experience within the forecourt, energy, or engineering sectorsPay & Conditions:Excellent pay and conditions aligned to candidate experience and discussed at interview stage.Role is full-time, Monday-FridayFor any further information, please contact Niamh at or
