Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to support our team in planning, coordinating, and delivering construction projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

">

The successful candidate will assist the Project Manager in managing project lifecycles, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.

* Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
">
* C Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project progress aligns with plans.
">
* Monitor project performance, track milestones, and report updates to senior project managers.
">
* Liaise with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders to address queries and provide project updates.
">
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
">
* Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, progress reports, and risk assessments.
">
* Assist in procurement activities, including sourcing materials and reviewing subcontractor agreements.
">
* Support in managing site activities, addressing on-site issues, and ensuring project quality standards are met.
">

Requirements:

* Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
">
* 1-3 years of experience in construction or project management roles.

* Experience working with Tier 2 construction company is an advantage.

* Health and safety training (e.g., Safe Pass, Manual Handling).
">
