Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Navan for a Community Home Care Nurse. Responsibilities include providing tailored care and support to clients in their homes, administering medications as required, monitoring patients' health and progress, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality care. Other duties include maintaining accurate records, providing emotional support, and ensuring health and safety protocols are followed. The role involves building trusted relationships with clients to enhance their quality of life.
Qualifications
* Ability to assess, plan, and deliver personalized care while monitoring patient progress
* Proficiency in administering medications and maintaining accurate records
* Strong understanding of health and safety policies and compliance requirements in community care
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and families
* Empathy, attention to detail, and dedication to improving clients' well-being
* Relevant nursing qualifications and registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI)
* A valid driver's license and access to reliable transport
