The position requires:
* Leading and promoting a strong health & safety culture across the site.
* E nsuring all operations are compliant with regulatory and environmental standards.
* Coordinating and supervising all daily site activities.
* Managing site staff and contractors, ensuring tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
* M onitoring and improving site performance, including cost, quality, and productivity.
* Maintaining accurate records, reports, and documentation in line with internal and external requirements.
* Liaising with internal departments and external agencies as required.
* S upporting with planning, procurement, and other business needs.
