Job Role Summary
As a Teaching Assistant, you will be working closely with the class teacher and other support staff to provide individualized support to students with additional needs. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about education and making a positive impact on young people's lives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing one-to-one support to students in the classroom
* Assisting the teacher in delivering lessons and activities
* Supporting students with special educational needs, such as Autism, ADHD, SEMH needs and behavioural disorders
* Collaborating with the SENCO and other support staff to design and implement learning schemes for pupils with additional learning needs
Requirements:
* Good knowledge of Special Educational Needs
* Experience working with children with additional needs
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team

* Full-time role, 8:30am-3:30pm Monday-Friday
