Key Responsibilities
* Develop an annual plan for your department, working closely with other functions and teams to identify areas for improvement in processes, procedures, and ways of working.
* Partner with Product Management, Technology, and other functions to establish and communicate business goals and product requirements.
* Create detailed plans and schedules across all functions, demonstrating effective project management rigor and drive project activities to ensure on-schedule and on-cost delivery.
* Assess and proactively manage requirements, resources, risks, project budgets, and product costs, developing and implementing mitigation plans as needed.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
* Proven Product Development experience.
* Project/Program Management capabilities and experience with project scheduling software such as Microsoft Project.
* Ability to anticipate events and develop adaptive strategies/remedies.
* Managed projects or programs targeted at the analyser market.
* Experience with product certification including hazardous, wireless, etc. and familiar with certification agencies (CSA, Intertek, TUV, BASEEFA, FM).
* Proficient oral and written communication skills, effective interpersonal and leadership skills, ability to influence others, and lead small teams in a geo-dispersed matrix organisation.
* Ability to be organised, a self-starter, and motivated.
* Right to work in Ireland, not requiring future sponsorship.
