Expert CNC Programmer Wanted
* Develop, test, and optimize CNC programs for milling and turning machines to produce precision medical device components.
* Interpret technical drawings, 3D models, and specifications to generate accurate and efficient tool paths.
* Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, feeds, and strategies for machining various metals and polymers.
* Collaborate with design engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure manufacturability, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory standards.
* Troubleshoot and resolve machining and programming issues to maintain production flow.
* Proven experience as a CNC programmer in a high-precision manufacturing environment (medical device or aerospace industry preferred).
* Proficiency in CAD/CAM software such as SolidCAM, HyperMill, or Esprit.
* Strong understanding of CNC precision machining in either milling or turning.
* Demonstrated ability to work with tight tolerances (0.02mm or tighter) and complex geometries.
* Hands-on knowledge of working with metals and engineering polymers.
* Comfortable with GD&T, 3D modeling, and engineering drawings.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
