Key Responsibilities:
* Develop strong relationships with key clients across multiple market segments to drive revenue growth in Corporate, MICE, DMC, and Tours.
* Lead and coordinate sales activities across the group's properties, ensuring alignment with commercial strategy.
* Implement effective selling strategies to boost business levels across all markets, leveraging opportunities for PR & media exposure.
* Ensure optimal yield management is applied, maintaining a strong understanding of commercial principles.
* Attract, retain, motivate, coach, and develop high-performing sales teams, driving them to achieve business targets.
* Maintain familiarity with customer databases and ensure seamless operation of sales IT infrastructure.
* Maximize benefits from Franchise Agreements, working closely with directors.
* Assist at Board level in shaping commercial strategy and expanding the group, providing strategic insight.
