This is a hands‑on leadership role, guiding the production team and ensuring high‑quality output while supporting and developing staff.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate a production team to achieve daily operational goals
* Ensure smooth production flow and adherence to quality and food safety standards (BRC and HACCP)
* Support staff development, training, and onboarding
* Monitor and maintain Health & Safety compliance and continuous improvement initiatives
* Maintain accurate production records and documentation
Requirements
* Proven experience leading a production team in the food industry
* Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and organisational skills
* Hands‑on approach and attention to detail
* Knowledge of Health & Safety and Food Safety standards
