Human Resources Administrator - Temporary Contract Location: Dublin West (Hybrid) Salary: €36,000 Duration: 3-4 month temporary contract (with potential to extend) Start Date: As soon as possible Morgan McKinley is partnering with a well-known and highly regarded organisation to recruit a Temporary HR Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing HR team and gain valuable, hands-on experience across a broad range of HR activities. This role is based in Dublin West and offers a hybrid working model. Candidates must be available to start immediately. The Job The HR Administrator will provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team and assist in the delivery of HR services across the full employee lifecycle. This is a fast-paced and varied role, offering exposure to recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration, compliance and HR systems, ideal for someone looking to build strong HR experience in a professional environment. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality HR administrative support to employees and HR colleagues Support recruitment processes, including advertising roles and coordinating interviews Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes Maintain accurate HR and payroll records in line with GDPR Support payroll administration and HR reporting Coordinate HR inductions, training and compliance activities Manage shared HR and Recruitment inboxes and respond to routine queries Key Requirements Essential Third-level qualification (NFQ Level 7 or equivalent), ideally in HR, Business or a related discipline Minimum of 3 months' HR or relevant administrative experience Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail Intermediate IT skills (MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook) Eligibility to work full-time in Ireland Desirable CIPD Level 3 qualification Experience using HR systems Knowledge of Irish employment legislation and GDPR How to Apply If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly or contact Jen Deering at for more information.
