As Executive Assistant, your duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
* Answering telephone and directing calls as required;
* Maintaining diary, arranging events and appointments ;
* Supporting the Embassy's community engagement activities;
* Providing general information about passport and visa requirements and related queries;
* Assisting with the publishing of content on the Mission's social media pages in collaboration with the Minister Counsellor;
* Maintaining the Embassy's database of nationals and friends of Barbados;
* Disseminating information to nationals in collaboration with the Minister Counsellor;
* Liaising with administrative counterparts at other foreign Missions, Government Ministries, International Organisations in Ireland;
* Arranging arrival and departure courtesies, as well as in-country logistical arrangements for visiting VIPs from Barbados;
* Maintaining the Embassy's register of key contacts;
* Assisting in the Consular and Accounts section as necessary;
* Assisting with the upkeep of the Embassy's office space, management and maintenance of equipment, and communication with building management and suppliers;
* Assisting with matters relating to the maintenance and upkeep of the official residence and the official vehicles;
* Maintaining a comprehensive list of service providers;
* Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Pay: €28,656.63-€59,510.10 per year
