About the Role:
We are seeking an organised and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to support the recruitment of healthcare professionals based in Galway, Ireland. This role plays a key part in coordinating the recruitment process, liaising with candidates, and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct initial phone screenings and candidate assessments to identify suitable applicants.
2. Schedule interviews and coordinate availability between candidates and hiring managers.
3. Maintain accurate compliance - up-to-date recruitment records and documentation.
4. Provide administrative support to the recruitment team throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements:
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
7. Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
8. Previous experience in a recruitment or administrative role.
9. Knowledge of social media platforms and job boards for candidate attraction.
10. High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records.
