Desktop Support Analyst/Second Line Support/L2 Support required to work onsite five days a week with a large global business based in Dublin. You will provide desktop support in the office as well as on the phone.This role is paying a salary of €35,000to €40,000 (depending on experience).Key responsibilities:Install and configure operating systems and softwareMaintaining PCs to company standardsBug fixesRequired skills and experience:Previously provided 1st and 2nd line IT supportStrong SCCM, Active Directory and ExchangeExperience in hardware fixesExcellent telephone mannerExperienced working in a customer service role
