About The Job
Due to this exciting growth, Sculpted by Aimee are looking for a Senior National Account Manager to join the growing Trade Team based across both Dublin and UK on a fixed term basis. This role can be based in Dublin (Hybrid) or UK (Remote).
Within this role, you will work closely with the Head of Wholesale and Trade Marketing team to deliver commercial plans for the brand within key retailers, in particular department stores (UK & Ireland) and travel retail. Core responsibility will be to work with internal and external teams to develop trading plans and ensure sales targets are achieved.
Accountabilities

Long term management of your assigned accounts for sustainable growth and build strong customer relationships.
Monitor, progress and review business plans with team and Head of Wholesale activating contingency plans when needed.
Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
Provide weekly latest estimates on sales projections with confirmation of upsides and action plans to alleviate shortfalls.
Own the promotional planning cycles internally for your assigned accounts, providing ideas & insight to deliver sales & market share growth, with a clear understanding of profitability.
Analyse retailer executions and optimise future plans based on these learnings.
Manage all comms with assigned retailers to ensure all stakeholders are up to speed on latest brand plans and activities.
Work alongside Trade Marketing and VM to ensure best in class in-store executions and keep abreast of in-store developments to share with the team.
Work with the Consumer Marketing team to secure the highest level of marketing support for and from our key retailers.
Work closely with other departments (Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance, and Digital) Build, maintain and execute joint business plans for all of your accounts.
Support sustainable business practices by minimizing waste, promoting responsible sourcing, and reducing environmental impact.

Key Skills & Qualifications
This role is for you if:

You have a natural flair for sales and building relationships with retail buyers and stakeholders.
You are commercially minded and obsessive about achieving targets.
You have the ability to analyse complex data and present solutions that deliver results.
You take the initiative to learn from previous executions, and be able to adapt and optimise future plans based on these learnings.
You work well under pressure and meeting deadlines.

Additional Skills

Strong interpersonal skills, including effective presentation and listening skills.
Solid understanding of retail, ecommerce, and marketing businesses.
Strong negotiation skills.
Excellent at developing customer relationships.
Strong commercial acumen.
Have a proven track record as a commercial individual, who understands both brand and customer (shopper).
You are independent and self‑directed but able to work within a team of creative and customer‑facing individuals.
Effectively navigate and collaborate cross‑functionally.

Qualifications & Experience

3+ years experience in a Senior Sales/Key Account role Management (preferably experience managing department stores).
Degree in Business or related field.
A sales background with a demonstrated history of sales performance.
Experience in beauty/ cosmetics industry is desirable.
