Recruitment Office Admin - Carlow Office
Are you organised, confident on the phone, and ready to kickstart your career in recruitment? We're looking for a Recruitment Admin to join our busy team in Carlow!
What you'll do:
Support the Manager with daily tasks and office operations
Prepare staff contracts, payroll, and invoicing
Screen CVs and conduct initial phone screenings of candidates
Assist with business development via calls and emails
Maintain accurate records and assist with general administration
What we're looking for:
Confident, polite, and professional on the phone
Strong computer skills and attention to detail
A proactive and enthusiastic approach to tasks
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
