You are aware that high-performing teams are only as strong as their weakest link.You believe in continuous improvement and request frequent feedback from others.What You'll DoEvangelize the value which our products deliver to our customers by applying our Value Selling approach in partnership with our customersBe the expert at positioning and demoing the Pluralsight's products and services and act as a SME for the assigned sales team for all related questionsConduct customer facing technical sales callsDevelop and deliver targeted & specific product demonstrations to executives & decision makersAssist assigned sales teams in responding to technical requirements included within RFP/RFIsExperience You'll BringSales engineering or similar experience, ideally with a Software as a ServiceAbility to influence senior-level customer decision makersUnderstanding of SaaS selling structures, measurements, and critical success factorsUnderstanding of APIs and how enterprise technology platforms integrate with other enterprise technologiesAbility to effectively aid in discovery of customer pain points and initiatives and translate that information into a value based, customer centric solutionExperience with generative AI is considered a plus.Experience in one or more of our technical domains or with learning technologies is highly desirable.Fluency in another European language is considered a plusRequirementsRequires a minimum of 2 years of related or equivalent experience; a Bachelor's degree, or an advanced degree without experience.Fluency in EnglishExperience with common sales methodologies and processes like MEDDPICCAbility to communicate technical concepts in a simple, concise mannerHybrid Work Model: This role follows a hybrid schedule, with on-site work at our Dublin, Ireland office Tuesday through Thursday and remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays.
