As a Sales and Development Professional, you will be responsible for representing our company on farm and guiding the community in its transition to animal health solutions.
Main Responsibilities
* Provide expert advice and guidance to dairy farmers and customers on product concepts, helping them make informed decisions that meet their needs.
* Maintain established accounts and ensure ongoing business delivery and growth opportunities are realised, fostering strong relationships with our valued customers.
* Achieve all revenue and client retention targets, driving business growth and ensuring long-term success.
* Identify and convert prospects into clients with long-term growth potential, leveraging your excellent communication skills and industry knowledge.
* Liaise regularly with our Sales Manager and office staff, working collaboratively to achieve our goals and objectives.
* Manage all customer requests in a timely and accurate manner, providing exceptional customer service and support.
* Work closely with office staff to manage product/stock levels, ensuring we always have the right products in stock to meet customer demand.
* Stay up-to-date with relevant local market product developments and market trends, enabling us to stay ahead of the competition and drive business growth.
The ideal candidate will possess third-level education preferably in Agriculture, previous field sales experience, dairy farm experience, a valid driving license, excellent communication skills, IT literacy, self-motivation, a passion for results, proactivity, and practicality.
