Key ResponsibilitiesManage, plan, and implement Active Directory in an enterprise environment.Oversee AD schema changes, AD logical and physical architecture.Design and implement Sites, Subnets, Organizational Units, and Domain Controller strategy.Monitor AD replication and perform AD backup and recovery.Manage trust relationships between domains.Design, implement, optimize, and troubleshoot Group Policies.Handle Group Policy backups, recovery, and administrative templates.Configure user and computer environments using Group Policy.Technical RequirementsExperience with AGPM, AADConnect, AppProxy, ADFS, DNS, DHCP, LDAP, and AD monitoring.Knowledge of certificate-based authentication and PKI.Ability to apply Microsoft updates/patches and follow security compliance standards.Experience with automation and reporting using PowerShell or other scripting languages.Ability to manage AD-related migrations and upgrades.Experience with AD backup and recovery tools.Familiarity with security reporting tools.Soft SkillsExperience with incident/task management tools (e.g., Remedy).Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to handle customer interactions and severity cases.Capability to prepare RCA reports.Team management and conflict-resolution skills.Required Experience7+ years in Active Directory & Azure AD.5+ years in Group Policy Management.4+ years scripting experience (PowerShell preferred).Strong background with Windows Server (2012–2022).
