Hi there, I’m looking to have my lawn scarified to remove thatch and improve air flow and water penetration. The lawn is roughly 600m2, mix of sunny and shaded areas, with some uneven patches. I’d like a professional who can bring the scarifier machine, cover and bag the waste, and leave the area ready for overseeding or reseeding if recommended. Please include an assessment of the best time of year for scarification in Ireland and whether I should fertilise afterwards. I’d prefer a tidy job with minimal disruption to garden beds, and I’m flexible on dates but would like to schedule during a dry, mild day.
