As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Receptionist to join our front-of-house team and be the welcoming face of our office.
The Role

Responsibilities:
* Greet clients and visitors in a warm, professional manner
* Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages
* Schedule appointments and maintain office calendars
* Updating PropertyCRM
* Posting sales listings on &
* Assist with general administrative tasks (e.g., filing, photocopying, data entry)
* Support sales and lettings teams with document preparation and correspondence
Requirements
* Leaving Certificate or equivalent
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Friendly, positive, and professional attitude
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Proficient IT skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc.)
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role
