We are seeking a part-time transition to a full-time Recruitment Manager with a strong background in Accounting and Bookkeeping to lead and manage hiring efforts for finance-related roles, as well as other areas. This role is ideal for someone who understands both U.S. recruitment practices and the technical skills required in accounting and bookkeeping positions.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment for finance-related rolesManage end-to-end recruitment for the roles in other areasSource, screen, and interview candidates with U.S. market experienceCollaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirementsReview resumes and assess technical/accounting knowledgeCoordinate interviews and oversee candidate communicationsMaintain accurate hiring records and recruitment pipelinesRequired Qualifications2+ years working with U.S. clients is mandatoryBackground or hands-on experience in accounting or bookkeepingExcellent communication and organizational skills
