Role Profile
Based in Killenaule, Co. Tipperary, reporting to the Branch Manager.
Responsibilities
1. Provide customer-focused service by delivering fast, efficient, and friendly assistance at all times.
2. Build trusting relationships with customers by offering excellent service and advice.
3. Maintain a keen interest and understanding of our product range and services.
4. Ensure the shop, yard, and work environment are clean and well maintained.
5. Work in the shop and store yard as needed.
Requirements
1. Keen interest in the agriculture sector.
2. Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills and a drive to exceed customer expectations.
3. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to work independently.
5. Ability to multitask and consistently deliver high-quality work in a busy environment.
Desired Skills
1. Background in agriculture or farming is desirable.
2. Forklift license is desirable.
