Fund Accounting Assistant Manager Role
Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Fund Accounting Assistant Manager to play a vital role in delivering exceptional client service. This position requires strong leadership abilities and expertise in Alternative fund structures.
1. As the senior point of contact, you will be responsible for addressing clients' accounting queries and concerns.
2. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of NAVs by maintaining high standards of quality control and assurance.
3. Contribute to root cause analysis and ensure remediation is effective and efficient.
4. Train, coach, and mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
5. Develop and motivate staff within the team to achieve excellent results.
This individual will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, fostering internal connections, and ensuring adherence to operational best practices. A strong understanding of Alternative fund structures and related investment types is essential.
The ideal candidate should possess at least 6 years of experience in Alternative funds, with 3 years in a managerial capacity. Private markets experience is preferable. Strong data management skills, ACCA qualification (not essential), and fluency in English are also required.
