Job Description: Service Monitoring Technician and Customer Care Assistant.
The Service Monitoring Technician and Customer Care Assistant will monitor turbines globally from our remote GSM software monitoring station. Provide assistance to our customers and service maintenance engineers.
Night Shift – Full time fixed contract
12-hour shift
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor all turbines from our GSM software Monitoring station.
* Trouble-shoot turbines remotely.
* Provide technical assistance and maintenance updates to our customer
* Provide assistance in the day to day route plan for service maintenance engineers.
* Document daily phone calls, faults/issues with turbines and work done by maintenance crews.
* Communicate maintenance works to be carried out to Sales and Accounts Department
* Communicate inventory shortages to their Supervisor
Qualifications/ Experience Requirements:
· Minimum 1 Years' Experience within a Service or manufacturing Environment.
· Strong communication and organization skills.
· Team player with initiative.
· Experience in report writing and root-cause analysis is an advantage.
· Must be computer literate
· Applicants must have a mind-set of continuous improvement.
Skillset required:
· Good communication and organization skills.
· Demonstrate good problem solving ability.
· Computer literate with good MS Excel, Word.
· Fluency in English is required
· Must possess a self-starter attitude, meticulous, able to work independently and under time critical or stressful conditions
