Project Manager for Cost Control
Oversee the financial and contractual management of key construction projects.
* Manage commercial aspects of assigned projects from tender to final account.
* Create detailed cost plans, bills of quantities, estimates, and procurement strategies.
* Lead subcontract procurement, evaluation, and contract negotiation.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Quantity Surveying or related field, 6-8 years' experience in QS role, and strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
Key skills include:
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
* Strong understanding of construction contracts (NEC, JCT, similar).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and industry-standard QS software.
