Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure accurate documentation and order processing from receipt to dispatch;
* Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements;
* Use point-of-sale and stock management software as necessary;
* Support record-keeping and facilitate smooth business operations;
* Collaborate with management and production teams to ensure timely delivery of orders and procurement of materials.
