What You'll Be Doing
Door-to-door fundraising, engaging potential donors and inspiring long-term support.
Driving your team to and from a set city-centre meeting point and fundraising locations.
Leading by example, coaching, and motivating your team to achieve and exceed targets.
Hitting and exceeding KPIs, with strong earning potential through performance bonuses.

Requirements
Previous experience in face-to-face fundraising (door-to-door, street fundraising, or events).
A full, clean driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
Ideally based in a city centre for easy team collection and drop-off.
Strong leadership and motivational skills with a results-driven mindset.
A passion for making a difference and engaging with the public.

Benefits
Location: Ideally based in a city centre (Dublin, Cork, Galway, Limerick, etc.)
Salary: €27,000 base + €12,000 performance bonus (uncapped earning potential) + €5,000 car allowance + fuel card
Additional Perks: €7 daily lunch allowance (€1,750+ per year)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (6-month fast-track to Team Leader)
Hours: 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday
On-Target Earnings (OTE): €45,750+ per year, with no limit on overachievement
