Portfolio Specialist
Drive execution of individual sales plans, increase contract profitability and grow revenue within assigned portfolios. Create value propositions with clearly described benefits of solutions for customers' needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Upsell KONE Maintenance Solutions to core 1 and 2 maintenance customers
2. Lead contract renegotiations ensuring customer requirements are met
3. Support maintenance and operational teams in tender documentation and service contract administration
4. Create tenders and manage customer queries, purchase orders and contract renewals
5. Ensure contracts reaching renewal dates are renegotiated
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Account management experience
* Tendering experience
* Up selling/Solution selling skills
* Contract administration expertise
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM
